Three ways to turn Builo into income.
Build something of your own, share Builo with people who need it, or use Builo to build for clients. Pick whichever one fits you — they're separate paths, not steps.
Prices shown are what this kind of work commonly sells for. They are not a forecast of what you will earn. Whether anyone pays you depends on the work you do and the customers you find. What you earn depends on you, your offer, demand, effort, pricing and plenty of things neither of us controls.

Build your own
Start where you are. Builo helps you turn an idea — or the lack of one — into something you can test, launch and grow.
I don't have an idea
Builo works from what you already have — experience, skills, interests, constraints, the hours you can give it, your budget, your income goal and how a direction actually fits you — and puts realistic directions in front of you.
Find my directionI have a few ideas
Compare them side by side: founder fit, contradictions in what you say you want, the evidence behind each one and the assumptions worth testing first. It helps you choose what deserves testing — it can't prove an idea will work.
Compare my ideasI already have a business
Work on positioning, customers, validation, website, brand, launch, growth experiments, market and customer intelligence, and the operating decisions in front of you — with Founder OS where it applies.
Grow my businessBuild for clients
Use Builo to build and manage websites for businesses that need them. You set your price and you own the client relationship.
- 1
Find a business that needs help
A local or small business whose site is missing, outdated, unclear or simply not presenting them well. You decide that — you'll be the one who looked.
- 2
Build a sample
Use Builo to produce a real first version so the business has something concrete to react to instead of a pitch.
- 3
Create the offer
Scope, price, deliverables and an optional ongoing management arrangement, benchmarked against what this work commonly sells for.
- 4
Share it with them
Send the private review link. They look at the actual work, comment and approve.
- 5
Deliver or keep managing it
Finish and hand the project over, or keep running the site as an ongoing service.
Builo gives you the tools and the workflow. You still have to find the businesses, talk to them, sell the work and keep the relationship healthy — that part is yours.
Project work, ongoing work, or both
Build the site once and hand it over when the client is ready — or keep managing it as an ongoing service: updates, content changes, maintenance and general upkeep. Which one you offer, and what you charge for it, is your call.
More client collaboration tools are planned, including easier review and change requests. They aren't available yet.
Service paths people start with
Examples, not limits. Each is real work small businesses already pay for, and the ranges are what such work commonly sells for — not what you will make.

What building for clients costs
There is no separate Earn subscription. Building for clients runs on your normal Builo plan. The only thing that changes as you move up is how many clients you can work with at the same time — never how many you're allowed over your lifetime.

Launch
$49/mo
Take one real client end to end — sample, proposal, review, approval, payment and handover.
1 active client at a time
Growth
$99/mo
Keep several client relationships running at once without losing track of any of them.
5 active clients at a time
Founder OS
For running this as a serious solo service business: up to 10 active clients at once, plus the wider operating and decision-support system.
Capacity means simultaneously active client relationships, not a lifetime count. Finishing, transferring or closing a client frees the slot again — sites you keep managing stay counted, because that relationship is still live.
