Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of getbuilo.com, operated by Becoming Solo LLC. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.

What the service is

AI Business Blueprint™ produces planning and research documents from information you supply, using AI models. It is not a course, coaching, accounting, legal, tax, medical or investment advice, and it is not a guarantee of income, of customers, or of any business result. It does not query external market databases and no human analyst reviews your report. Every decision you make from it is your own.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 and provide accurate details.
• One account per person; keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
• You may close your account at any time by emailing support.

Purchases, plans and credits

• The AI Business Blueprint™ is a one-time $29 USD purchase with lifetime access to that blueprint in your account. It is not a subscription.
• Market Intelligence and Validation modules run on research credits. Plan credits are included with an active plan, refresh each billing period, and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs do not expire.
• Generating a module spends credits; viewing, re-reading, exporting, printing or editing saved results never does.
• Plan credits are spent before purchased credits, and credits have no cash value.
• If a generation fails, its reserved credits are released back to your balance automatically.
• Plans limit how many active projects you can keep at once; archiving frees a slot.
• Prices and credit amounts are shown before checkout and charged by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel any time from the billing page and keep access until the paid period ends.

Refunds

The $29 blueprint carries a 7-day clarity guarantee: if it does not feel useful or relevant, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will revise it once or refund you. Credit packs are refundable within 7 days for the unused portion. Subscription periods already served are not refunded, but you can cancel to stop future charges. The refund policy has the specifics and does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Your content and ours

You keep ownership of what you enter, and you confirm you have the right to submit it. You grant us the limited licence needed to store it, send it to our AI provider, and generate your results. You own the outputs generated for you and may use, adapt and publish them commercially, including exported PDFs. Similar output may be generated for other users, so outputs are not exclusive to you and may not be protectable. The site, its wording, our prompts and the underlying software remain ours, and the AI Business Blueprint™ name may not be used without permission.

Acceptable use, suspension and appeals

Your use must follow our acceptable use policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches it, that abuses credits or plan limits, or that puts the service or other users at risk. Where practical we will tell you why. If you believe a suspension was a mistake, reply to us at support@getbuilo.com and a human will review it. If we terminate an account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of a current subscription period.

AI-generated content

Results are produced by AI models, can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and will vary between runs. Company names, market sizes, prices and statistics are inferred, not retrieved from a source, and must be verified before you rely on them. Models and prompts may change over time, so a regenerated section may differ from an earlier one; previous versions remain saved in your report. Read our AI disclosure before relying on any figure or claim.

Availability and support

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not offer a service-level commitment, and features may change, be added or be withdrawn as the product develops. Support is by email, and we aim to acknowledge messages within two business days.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that any result will be accurate, complete or profitable. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims arising from content you submit in breach of these terms or the acceptable use policy, or from how you use the outputs in your own business.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above and described in the product or by email to account holders. These terms are governed by the law of the place where Becoming Solo LLC is organised, and by applicable United States federal law. Mandatory consumer law in your own country of residence continues to apply to you and, where it gives you the right to bring a claim locally, that right is unaffected. We will name the governing state and venue here once it is confirmed.
